Job Responsibilities
Handle hospital insurance claims and related documentation.
Verify patient insurance details and policy coverage.
Coordinate with hospital departments and insurance/TPA teams.
Process and follow up on insurance claims.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist in resolving claim-related queries and discrepancies.
Ensure timely submission and processing of claims.
