– Desktop Support Engineer (Field Support)
Role: Desktop Support Engineer – Field Support
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Field-based / Client Sites
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in office desktop and IT technical support to users.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Resolve hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and IT devices.
Perform OS/software installation and basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate with L2/L3, Network, Server, or OEM teams for unresolved issues.
Maintain proper documentation of incidents, assets, and service requests.
Travel to client locations as required for field support.
Pay: ₹8,551.80 - ₹20,000.00 per month
