Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist cum Recruiter, based in Pune.

Responsibilities include managing daily front-desk operations like phone calls, inward-outward, ensuring effective communication with clients and visitors, with professionalism. The role also involves coordinating recruitment processes, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records. Additionally,



the individual will support administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.

Qualifications
Experience in Receptionist Duties, Front Office tasks, and handling administrative responsibilities
Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to provide a qualified and welcoming experience
Proficient Phone Etiquette and the ability to manage incoming and outgoing calls effectively
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools
Previous experience in recruitment or HR responsibilities is preferred
