We are a mid-sized specialty MRO Aerosols & chemicals manufacturing company based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, seeking an experienced and technically solid skilled to head the Quality Department.

This role involves leading and improving:
QC Lab Operations & Documentation
Quality assurance compliance and audits (ISO 9001 & 45001)
Product development & R&D; activities, Quality Documentation
Implementation of QC tools, Kaizen, etc. including training.
Improve production processes & safety operations
Lead NABL, NSF and other international registrations
Handling customer audits, departmental audits, and site visits.

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ experience as Quality/ R&D;/ Compliance head in FMCG / household chemicals / cosmetics / formulated products
Young, dynamic with excellent communication skills
MSc / B.tech or similar
Robust technical background with leadership experience
Good organizational and team management skills
Excellent communication skills
Candidates from nearby locations preferred

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
