About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Flight Ticketing Executive with strong knowledge of domestic and international flight ticketing, reservation handling, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight bookings and ticketing.
Create and manage PNRs and process ticket issuance.
Handle ticket cancellations, refunds, reissues, and date changes.
Check fare rules, baggage allowance, and airline policies.
Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, and itinerary changes.
Coordinate with airlines and customers for booking-related issues.
Ensure accuracy while issuing and modifying tickets.




Provide excellent customer service and timely support.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant flight ticketing experience.
Solid knowledge of domestic and international ticketing.
Experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar is preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
Must be an immediate joiner.
Candidates should be available for Bangalore or Rourkela location only.
Candidates with relevant flight ticketing experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
