Core Duties
Team Leadership: Train and guide sales staff. Assign duties and track daily performance targets.
Customer Care: Greet buyers and solve complaints quick. Handle special requests for bridal wear, silks, or designer fabrics.
Stock & Display: Check inventory levels. Keep silk and textile displays neat and attractive.
Sales Tracking: Record daily numbers. Report sales trends and high-demand fabrics to top management.
Floor Control: Keep aisles protected, clean, and well-staffed during peak shopping hours.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
