Software & OS Support: Manage, configure, and secure operating systems (primarily Linux and Windows) used in academic and research settings
Network Administration: Maintain wired and wireless communication channels, ensuring secure and reliable data transfer across university networks
Collaboration & Consulting: Assist faculty, researchers, and students with technical specifications, custom hardware builds, and automated testing tools.
