Role & responsibilities
Architect and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Azure AI Foundry to automate complex business processes.
Build scalable end-to-end automation pipelines and integrate enterprise AI solutions with existing corporate systems.
Execute post-training optimization including supervised fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
Implement agent orchestration, reasoning frameworks, and human-in-the-loop validation systems using Prompt Flow.
Establish benchmark evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, reliability, latency, and compliance metrics for production agents.
Conduct performance testing and A/B testing on agentic workflows to drive continuous optimization and alignment with business KPIs

Preferred candidate profile
8+ years of total experience in core software development.
Specialized experience in AI agent development and multi-agent orchestration.




hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or equivalent agent platform settings.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical disciplines (MBA with a technical background is preferred).

Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of Azure AI Foundry, Prompt Flow, and Azure AI services ecosystem.
Proficient in agent reasoning frameworks, Mixture of Experts (MoE), and workflow automation.
Solid background in LLM post-training techniques including fine-tuning, instruction tuning, domain adaptation, and RLHF.
Solid track record of designing evaluation metrics, benchmarks, and production monitoring for enterprise AI systems.
