Key Must-Have Skills:
Robust hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Frontend Technical Lead / Engineering Lead roles.
Solid experience in Frontend Architecture, Component-Based Architecture, Design Systems, and Micro Frontend Architecture.
Good understanding of Module Federation, Redux Toolkit, React Query, Zustand, Context API.
Solid experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets and frontend performance optimization.
Hands-on exposure to Vite, Webpack, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress / Playwright.
Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms – Azure / AWS.
Positive understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, OWASP, WCAG and ARIA.
Strong experience in technical leadership, architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring and stakeholder management.

Positive to Have:
Storybook, Nx Monorepo, TurboRepo.
Figma / Adobe XD.
AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf.
Experience in Product Engineering and building reusable Design Systems.
