We are looking for a highly ambitious, curious, and execution-driven young skilled who wants to build startups, not just work for one. As an entrepreneur in residence (EIR) – AI ventures, you will work directly with experienced founders to research, validate, launch, and scale new AI-first products and independent ventures from zero to one. This is not a traditional management trainee role.

You may start with an idea on Monday, speak with users during the week, build an MVP with AI tools, launch it, test demand, and decide whether to scale or kill it.

Key Responsibilities
Identify promising startup opportunities in AI, SaaS, consumer tech, fintech, climate, and other emerging sectors
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery
Turn ideas into MVPs using AI and no-code/low-code tools
Work on product strategy, GTM, growth experiments, partnerships, and early sales
Launch and manage independent digital products and AI ventures
Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, Replit, Cursor, Figma, and automation platforms




Take ownership of a venture and potentially grow into its venture lead, founding team or CEO-track role
