We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving business growth and profitability.

Immediate Joiners Will Be Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all hotel departments including Rooms, F&B;, Banquets, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction targets.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a strong focus on service quality and guest relations.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximize business opportunities and brand visibility.
Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff while fostering a positive work setting.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement effectively.
Handle guest feedback, resolve escalations, and ensure consistent service excellence.
Prepare reports and present performance reviews to management/owners.





Desired Candidate Profile:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
12 years of experience in the hotel industry with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
Robust leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proven track record in revenue management, guest service, and operational excellence.
