Position: General Manager Operations

Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing operations
Dairy industry experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end plant and manufacturing operations.
Manage production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and dispatch.
Ensure production targets, efficiency, cost control, and timely delivery.
Maintain quality, hygiene, food safety, and statutory compliance standards.
Lead and manage plant operations and cross-functional teams.
Drive process improvement, productivity, and waste reduction.
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for operational performance.
Coordinate with senior management for business and operational planning.
Requirements: Robust leadership, operational, team-management, and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in dairy manufacturing operations.
