The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program at Greenvironment provides young engineers with hands-on exposure to water & wastewater engineering, energy management, IoT, automation, and smart sustainability solutions through live projects.

Program & Career Path
6 months structured training – classroom learning, field training, and live project exposure.
Based on performance and aptitude, trainees may progress into Sales, Business, or Project Specialist roles.
Consolidated monthly pay for the first 12 months, based in Coimbatore.
Successful performance during this period will lead to confirmation as a full time employee.
After confirmation, deployment may be across markets, regions, projects,



or Greenvironment offices based on business requirements.

Who Can Apply
B.E./B.Tech graduates in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Solid interest in sustainability, technology, field engineering, and problem-solving.
Valuable communication skills and willingness to learn.

Candidates must be willing to travel and relocate based on project and business requirements.
