Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of residential construction projects from planning to project handover.
Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Lead and supervise site engineers and project teams to ensure productive project execution.
Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Review BOQs, project budgets, billing, and cost control measures.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for timely availability of materials and resources.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and local authority requirements.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and present updates to management.
Resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues efficiently.
Ensure smooth project completion and timely handover to the customer.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid experience in managing high-rise residential construction projects.
Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, RCC works, finishing works, and project execution.
Robust understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
Experience in contractor management and resource planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
