Role Overview

nThe Head of BD & Strategy will partner with the CEO and GCC leadership to drive GCC strategy, business development, transformation, stakeholder management, and multi-year growth plans . The role will build the GCC into a complete business unit and align its priorities with global enterprise objectives.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
Develop and execute annual and multi-year GCC strategy and business plans .
n
Drive current business development across ArcelorMittal entities and build a strong GCC offering catalogue.
n
Manage relationships with CXOs, global stakeholders, business units, and functional leaders .
n
Lead strategic programs across Technology, Digital, Cybersecurity, Operations, Finance, HR, and transformation .
n
Own portfolio, demand, capacity, governance, KPIs, dashboards, and risk management .
n
Drive change management and transformation initiatives across the GCC.
n
Represent the GCC in leadership forums, industry events,



and thought-leadership programs.
n
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing BD & Strategy team .
n

nRequired Experience & Skills

n

n
15+ years of experience in GCC leadership, strategy, transformation, or business development.
n
Minimum 5 years of recent GCC experience is mandatory.
n
Experience managing large-scale, global, multi-stakeholder programs .
n
Industrial/manufacturing GCC experience is an advantage.
n
Robust expertise in strategy, BD, portfolio management, governance, and transformation .
n
Robust executive communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership skills.
n
Experience with Power BI, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet , or similar tools is preferred.
n
Ability to translate strategy into measurable execution and business outcomes .
