Salary:- ₹1,00,000 - ₹1,50,000 per month

Experience:- 5–10 years in a similar CFO/Group finance leadership role

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Group to lead and oversee the financial operations, planning, and strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage Group-level finance and accounting operations.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
Oversee audits, financial controls, and risk management.
Prepare and present financial reports and MIS to management.
Develop and implement effective financial policies and internal controls.




Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and insights.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and reporting.

Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
5–10 years of experience in a similar CFO/Group Finance leadership role.
Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial planning, and compliance.
Experience in managing finance teams and Group-level financial operations.
Robust analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
