Group Product Manager – Commerce

Role Overview The GPM – Commerce will own key parts of the consumer commerce journey, working on products that directly influence discovery, shopping, conversion, transactions, and customer experience.

The candidate should have strong experience in consumer-facing commerce products and should be comfortable taking ownership from problem definition through execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy
Define product strategy and roadmap for assigned Commerce areas.
Identify customer problems and translate them into product opportunities.
Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
Develop explicit product requirements and execution plans.

Conversion & Growth
Identify customer drop-offs across the shopping journey.




Improve engagement and conversion through product enhancements.
Drive A/B testing and experimentation.
Use analytics and customer insights to improve product decisions.

Cross-Functional Execution
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Business, and other Product teams.
Manage dependencies across multiple teams.
Drive product launches from requirements through rollout.
Monitor post-launch performance and continuously optimize the product.

Must-Have
9–11 years of Product Management experience.
Strong Commerce / E-commerce / Marketplace experience.
Experience owning consumer-facing products.
Strong understanding of commerce journeys and customer behavior.
Experience with experimentation and product analytics.
Robust collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Analytics.
Demonstrated end-to-end product ownership.
