We are looking for a Video Editor specialized in advertising creatives who can produce high-converting video ads for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. The candidate should understand ad storytelling, hook creation, and quick-paced editing.

Key Responsibilities
Edit high-performing video ads for Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Create short-form ad videos (1560 seconds) with robust hooks.
Add text overlays, captions, transitions, and sound effects.
Optimize videos for different ad formats and aspect ratios.
Work with marketing team to test multiple ad variations.
Ensure videos are engaging, conversion-focused, and brand compliant.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop.
Knowledge of After Effects for text animation and effects.
Understanding of ad creatives and marketing psychology.
Ability to create fast-paced, attention-grabbing edits.

Education Degree/Diploma in Film, Media, or Video Production (preferred).
