Must-have
4+ years of full stack engineering across these technologies: GoLang + Python and SQLAlchemy / PostgreSQL, React and TypeScript, Next.js.
State/data management (React Query / SWR, or Redux) and Tailwind CSS.
Building admin / dashboard / data-visualisation UIs (charts, tables, filters) e.g. Recharts, ECharts, or Chart.js.
Permission-aware UI patterns; form-heavy configuration screens; robust error / empty / loading handling.
Nice-to-have
Design-system and Figma collaboration; solid UX sensibility for admin tooling.
BFSI / enterprise-SaaS experience; accessibility (WCAG).
Testing with Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
