Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and well-presented Guest Relationship Executive to manage guest interactions and provide excellent hospitality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests professionally.
Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns promptly.
Maintain solid relationships with guests and ensure a positive experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill guest requirements.
Manage guest feedback and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain proper records and follow company service standards.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Front Office, or a similar role.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Robust customer-service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Candidates comfortable working at Sector 04, Noida.

Salary: ₹60,000/month
