Role Overview

Engridd is looking for a growth-focused individual to lead the organization’s revenue strategy across Academic and Corporate business verticals. The role will own end-to-end revenue generation including sales strategy, partnerships, business development, marketing alignment, and market expansion for the BIM & Digital Construction Academy.

The Business Development & Growth Head will lead Sales and Marketing teams and play a key role in positioning Engridd as a leading BIM and Digital Construction learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Drive overall revenue growth across Academic and Corporate segments
Build and execute GTM and business development strategies
Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, institutions, corporates, and industry bodies
Build robust enterprise and institutional relationships
Drive admissions, corporate training sales,



and strategic alliances
Define sales metrics, forecasting, pipeline management, and conversion tracking
Collaborate with leadership on expansion strategy and recent market opportunities
Strengthen Engridd’s market positioning and brand visibility

What We’re Looking For
12+ years of experience in Business Development, Revenue Leadership, or Sales Leadership
Experience in Education, EdTech, BIM, Construction Tech preferred
Proven track record in driving revenue and scaling business operations
Robust leadership and stakeholder management capability
Experience in managing sales operations independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
