Core Purpose of the Role

Head – Strategic Alliances will be responsible for identifying, approaching, developing, and maintaining relationships with colleges and universities to establish recent academic collaborations for BIE’s Bachelor’s and MBA Entrepreneurship programs.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential colleges and universities suitable for BIE’s Bachelor’s and MBA programs.
Build and maintain relationships with college management, trustees, principals, directors, deans, and senior academic/administrative decision-makers.
Generate new institutional collaboration opportunities through direct outreach, networking, references, events, and industry connections.
Conduct meetings and presentations with institutions to explain BIE’s programs, academic model, value proposition, and collaboration opportunities.
Lead the end-to-end collaboration process, from prospect identification and initial discussion to negotiation and closure.
Coordinate with internal BIE teams such as Academic, Admissions,



Marketing, and Management to ensure smooth onboarding of new partner institutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial discussions, and collaboration documentation as required.
Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective colleges, follow-ups, meetings, discussions, and closures.
Explore prospects across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, and other cities, depending on BIE's expansion plans.
Develop long-term institutional relationships and identify opportunities to expand existing collaborations.
Track partnership targets, conversion rates, and monthly/quarterly business development performance.
Represent BIE at education conferences, networking events, institutional meetings, and other relevant forums.
