Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete HR function of the organization.
Handle recruitment, manpower planning and onboarding.
Manage payroll, attendance, leave and HR operations.
Develop HR policies, SOPs and processes.
Handle employee relations and grievances.
Manage performance appraisal, KRAs/KPIs and training.
Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
Support management in HR strategy and workforce planning.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of HR experience.
Robust knowledge of all HR functions.
Positive leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to independently manage the HR department.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
