Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end 3PL supply chain and logistics operations.
Manage warehouse, transportation, distribution and inventory operations.
Develop and monitor SOPs, SLAs, KPIs and operational standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle key customer escalations.
Drive productivity, cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Manage 3PL vendors, transporters and warehouse partners.
Monitor WMS, TMS, ERP, inventory accuracy and process compliance.
Own operational budgets, cost controls and P&L; performance.
Lead, mentor and develop large operations teams.
Identify recent prospects for improving 3PL service capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement, automation and technology adoption.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements.
