We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated DSA Banking Executive to join our growing financial services team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing retail banking products. If you are a go-getter who loves meeting people, thrives on achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through open market sourcing, references, cold calling, and local networking.
Product Pitching: Meet clients, understand their financial needs, and pitch the right banking products (Loans).
Relationship Management: Build robust relationships with local businesses, builders, or connectors to maintain a continuous pipeline of leads.
Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications :
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Graduate degree preferred.
Skills:



Excellent communication.
Mindset: Highly resilient, comfortable with field travel, and driven by financial incentives.
Experience: Prior experience in DSA sales, telecom sales, insurance, or field marketing is a major advantage.

Salary : Rs. 18000 - 20000 Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Ekkaduthangal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
