3–6 years of experience in energy strategy, corporate strategy, consulting or regulatory affairs and business development in the energy/power/utilities sector with a profound understanding of latest trends and ongoing developments in the sector.

Demonstrated analyticalskills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, build excel models and deliver data-driven insights.
N
Solid communication and presentation abilities, capable of supporting senior stakeholders in strategy discussions and decision-making processes.
N

nEducational Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech. and /or M.E./M.Tech./MBA/CA (Preferred Engineering with MBA)

nRoles & Responsibilities:

Support business strategy development through market research, data analysis, and financial modeling.
N
Conduct industry, regulatory, and competitor analysis across the power and energy sector.

Identify growth prospects, evaluate business models, and perform feasibility studies.
N
Track strategic initiatives, prepare performance metrics, and provide insights to senior leadership.
N
Analyze trends in powergeneration, renewable energy, transmission, distribution, energy storage, and power markets.
N
Develop scenario analysis and data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
N
Support innovation initiatives by assessing current revenue streams and market entry strategies.
N
Prepare presentations, reports, white papers, policy notes, and management updates for senior stakeholders.
N
Engage with internal stakeholders including Business Development, Projects, O&M;, Finance, HR, IT, and Techno-commercial teams.
N
Coordinate with external stakeholders such as government bodies, industry associations, consultants, and think tanks.
N
Support policy advocacyefforts and represent organizational viewpoints through strategic documentation.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
