Roles and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing Help Desk, in office queries resolution related to health advantages and related services part of health plan.
Manage health and wellness events, including coordination and execution.
Maintain accurate records of event attendance and feedback.
Assist with employee perks enrollment in the app.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees and escalate complex employee service related issues to backend team.
Help in building vendor network to support business requirement & coordinate with them for seamless services.
