Roles & Responsibilities
Review and process healthcare insurance claims accurately.
Verify claim details and supporting documents.
Maintain data accuracy while processing transactions.
Follow client guidelines and process requirements.
Meet productivity and quality targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution.
Basic English communication skills required.
Willingness to work in rotational/non-voice operations.
Good typing and computer knowledge.
