Backend & Data Engineer

Role Overview: 8–12 Years

Location: Noida/ Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore/ Kochi

We are seeking an experienced engineer to architect, modernize, and own our end-to-end batch data infrastructure, ETL workflows, and backend services.

Key Responsibilities
Design, migrate, and operate highly scalable batch data pipelines and ETL workflows.
Develop high-volume data transformation solutions using Java, Python, and Apache Spark.
Build and integrate robust REST APIs to connect data systems with backend services.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and performance-tune production pipelines for maximum reliability.
Drive CI/CD automation, version control, and engineering best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications




8–12 years of hands-on experience in backend and data engineering.
Deep expertise in Java, Python, and distributed processing via Apache Spark.
Proven track record building and migrating large-scale data integrations and REST APIs.
Robust proficiency in contemporary DevOps practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exceptional debugging and root-cause analysis skills.

Preferred Skills
Cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and contemporary data lake architectures.
Workflow orchestration tools (e.G., Apache Airflow).
Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
