Role & responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and end-user computing.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems across multiple locations.
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of on-premises and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or hybrid settings).
Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 services.
Manage enterprise networking components such as LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, and load balancers.
Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning and execution.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and compliance with organizational security policies.
Lead infrastructure upgrades,



migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Monitor infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools and ensure timely incident resolution.
Manage IT asset lifecycle, software licensing, vendor relationships, and annual infrastructure budgets.
Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, documentation, and governance standards.
Collaborate with application, security, and business teams to deliver reliable IT services.
Lead, mentor, and develop the infrastructure support team while driving operational excellence.
Ensure SLA compliance and continuous improvement of IT service delivery.
