NJob Summary

nDevelop and manage architectural designs for high-rise residential projects, from concept development through detailed design stages, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

NKey Responsibilities

n- Should work closely with the Senior Architect to prepare Architectural Drawings for

Nexecution at site.

n- Must be able to understand and coordinate Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape

Nconsultants Drawings.

n- Must be able to understand customer request. check feasibility study and modify

Nthe standard layouts accordingly.

Preparing Area Calculation statements as required by the Senior Architect

Visiting Sites to checkthe Compliance.

nQualifications

n- Bachelor's / master's degree in architecture

NExperience

nJuniorArchitect: 3+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects

NArchitect: 6+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects
