We are looking for a dedicated Hospital Administration Faculty to handle academic sessions for students pursuing Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classes in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, notes, and study materials.
Deliver engaging and practical classroom sessions.
Conduct assignments, assessments, presentations, and academic activities.
Monitor student attendance and academic performance.
Guide and mentor students in their academic development.
Complete the assigned syllabus within the scheduled timeline.
Maintain academic records and required documentation.
Support seminars, workshops, and other academic activities.
Coordinate with the Centre In-Charge and academic team.
Eligibility
M.Com / Master's degree in Commerce or a relevant discipline.
Candidates with knowledge or experience in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management will be preferred.
Teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Robust subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
