House of Bandra manages short-term rental (Airbnb) properties across Bandra and Santacruz, delivering high-quality guest experiences for domestic and international travelers.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to support day-to-day operations across our properties — managing guest experience, coordinating staff and vendors, and handling administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly. No prior experience necessary — we'll train the right person.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations at assigned properties, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness
Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and respond to guest queries and issues promptly
Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff/vendors
Manage stock and supplies (linens, toiletries, amenities) across properties




Maintain records — bookings, inventory, expenses, and vendor contacts
Liaise with property hosts and communicate updates or issues
Handle basic negotiations with vendors and service providers

Requirements
No prior experience needed
12th pass
Must be based in Mumbai
Living near Bandra / Khar / Santacruz preferred but not necessary
Own bike preferred but not necessary
Solid communication and people skills (ENGLISH)
Flexible with weekend/evening availability as needed
