Job Summary
We are actively hiring an experienced Senior Windows Server Administrator (L3) to manage and support enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, PowerShell scripting, server migrations, patch management, and troubleshooting critical infrastructure issues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and domain management.
Configure and support Windows Failover Clustering.
Lead server upgrade, migration, and modernization projects.
Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.
Manage patching, vulnerability remediation, and server hardening activities.
Configure and maintain monitoring tools such as SCOM and SolarWinds.
Manage backup and recovery solutions like Veeam, Commvault, or Rubrik.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve complex L3 incidents.
Support hybrid infrastructure environments across On-Premise and Cloud platforms.
