Requirements:
10 to 12+ years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in Industrial Automation.
Solid experience in Industrial Automation products, PLC & SCADA.
Proven experience in B2B Sales and OEM Sales.
Experience in handling and leading sales teams.
Solid understanding of P&L; Management and business growth.
Experience with Schneider products will be preferred.
Solid customer relationship and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech or related Engineering degree
