Position: HR Assistant
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary: Rs.15,000 Rs.20,000 per month
HR Assistant – Bhubaneswar
We are looking for an HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations at our Bhubaneswar location.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with employees and operational teams on HR-related matters.
Assist in attendance, leave and other routine HR activities.
Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and employee-related activities.
Eligibility:
MBA in Human Resources.
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes.
