Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
Handle contract labour management, manpower planning, deployment, attendance and workforce coordination.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
Solid knowledge of wage codes and labour regulations.
Manage payroll, attendance, leave, overtime and salary-related activities.
Handle statutory compliance, documentation, audits and labour-related records.
Coordinate with contractors and ensure proper compliance for contract workers.
Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and retention activities.




Coordinate with management and plant teams for smooth HR operations.
Maintain HR MIS, reports and relevant personnel records.

Required Skills
5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in the Manufacturing Industry.
Solid knowledge of Labour Laws & Wage Codes.
Hands-on experience in Contract Labour Management.
Good understanding of Statutory & Labour Compliance.
Strong knowledge of Payroll & Attendance Management.
Valuable communication, interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in handling HR operations at a plant/manufacturing setup will be preferred.
