Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our HR functions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Foster a positive work setting and address employee concerns and conflicts.
Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
Identify training needs and develop training programs.
Oversee compensation and perks programs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.




Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, proficiency in HR software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
