Job Summary

We are an organization specializing in business structure and process management solutions. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations professional to work with us and implement HR operations at our client site. This job requires travelling to client sites at Delhi NCR.

Roles & Responsibilities
Implement complete HR operations at the client site, including attendance management, leave management, HR MIS, employee data management, and HR documentation as per compliances.
Implement complete Employee Life Cycle activities and workplace support activities.
Implement onboarding activities and recruitment activities.




Identify process improvement opportunities and implement structured HR practices and systems
Handhold the HR Person at client site post implementation.

Skills Required
Solid working knowledge of HR Operations and Administration functions.
Positive communication and client-handling skills.
Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
Understanding of the Employee Life Cycle (ELC).
Proficiency in MS Office and HR MIS systems.
Ability to work in a process-driven workplace and implement systems effectively.

Qualification
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.

Experience
35 years of experience in HR, Administration, Recruitment.
