Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management processes.
Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.
Support exit formalities, including clearance, exit interviews, and documentation.
Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Freshers with relevant internships may also be considered.

Required Skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.




Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRMS software is an advantage.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
