Job Summary:

We are looking for a Deputy Sales Associate to guide customers in purchasing Term & Health Insurance policies, understand their requirements, provide suitable recommendations, and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and guide them through the insurance buying process.
Recommend suitable Term & Health Insurance products.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:
Graduate/MBA preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven.
