Leadership: Candidate should be capable of leading the FileNet team, providing technical guidance, and independently handling client/stakeholder discussions and production issues

Must-Have Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in IBM FileNet P8 / FileNet Content Manager Administration
Content Platform Engine (CPE) and ACCE
IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
FileNet installation, configuration, upgrades and patching
Object Store configuration and administration
FileNet security and access management
Workflow administration and troubleshooting
Production support and P1/P2 incident handling
FileNet environment monitoring and performance troubleshooting
IBM WebSphere Application Server
Linux/Red Hat and Windows Server
Database knowledge, preferably IBM DB2 / Oracle
Application deployment and environment management
Shell scripting/automation exposure would be an added advantage

Leadership & Soft Skills The candidate should have:
Proven experience leading or mentoring a technical team




Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong client/stakeholder communication
Good analytical and decision-making skills
Ownership and accountability for production environments
Ability to guide the team technically and drive issues to closure

Significant: Please prioritize quality over volume. We specifically need a strong Admin-focused Senior profile who can work from Indore and lead the team. Generic Java developers or candidates with only limited FileNet exposure should not be considered.
