HR Executive – Factory Department: Human Resources

Location: Hoskote Factory, Bengaluru

Experience: 3+ Years

Industry Preference: Textile / Garment / Manufacturing

Role OverviewWe are looking for an HR Executive – Factory to manage end-to-end HR activities at our Hoskote manufacturing facility. The role will primarily focus on recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee grievance handling and industrial relations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a factory/manufacturing workplace, with good knowledge of factory-related HR processes and labour compliance.

Key Responsibilities
3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a textile, garment or manufacturing/factory setting.
Hands-on experience in factory HR operations.
Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
Working knowledge of PF, ESI and factory compliance.




Awareness of the Factories Act and applicable labour laws.
Experience handling piece-rate / piece-work payroll will be preferred.
Strong employee grievance-handling and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Good Kannada and English communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to coordinate effectively with workers, supervisors, management and external agencies.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates currently working in textile, garment, apparel, manufacturing or factory settings with hands-on exposure to factory recruitment, piece-rate payroll, PF/ESI, statutory compliance and employee relations will be preferred. Job Location: Hoskote Factory, Bengaluru
