About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Payroll Executive who can independently drive the company's monthly payroll, attendance, statutory compliance and employee HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in payroll processing, PF/ESIC and statutory compliance, with excellent attention to detail and ownership of timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, from attendance closure to final payroll.
Validate attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, new joiners, exits and salary revisions.
Coordinate with Accounts and HR for accurate and timely salary processing.
Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other applicable statutory compliances, including challans, returns and documentation.
Maintain and update employee master data, payroll records and statutory documents.
Manage employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, PF and ESIC.
Handle joining, exit and Full & Final Settlement payroll activities.




Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure all statutory payments/returns are completed within timelines.
Prepare payroll, attendance, compliance and other HR MIS reports.
Support internal/external audits and ensure payroll and compliance records are audit-ready.

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Payroll & Compliance.
Strong practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory compliances.
Experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
Good command of MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
Robust numerical accuracy, attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Ability to independently manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in a manufacturing/retail organisation will be an added advantage.
