WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED AND PROACTIVE HR WHO HAS ROBUST EXPERTISE IN CANDIDATE SOURCING AND RECRUITMENT.
Key Responsibilities
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Proactively identify and approach potential candidates, including passive candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Conduct phone/video interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring requirements.
Ensure a positive and qualified candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
