HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening and coordinating interviews with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Understand candidate skills, experience and job preferences
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and update candidate databases
Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets
Build and maintain a solid candidate network
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
Comfortable making calls and speaking with candidates
Positive follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
