Role Description n

nThis is a full time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer based in Mumbai.

n

nThe Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop systems, managing computer hardware, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth printer and peripheral operations.

n

nThe role also includes remote support for clients as well as on-field visits to customer offices when required .



You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, support end-users, and maintain system performance to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

Proficiency in desktop computers and computer hardware
n
Hands-on experience in technical support and troubleshooting
n
Knowledge of printer support and hardware maintenance
n
Ability to handle remote support and on-site client visits
n
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace
n
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are an advantage
n
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
