Role &
Responsibilities
Identify, vet, and onboard high-impact micro, nano, and macro influencers aligned to brand voice and campaign KPIs.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns—from brief creation to content review, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
Negotiate rates, deliverables, and usage rights with creators; maintain strong, long-term creator relationships.
Analyze campaign metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion, ROAS) and optimize influencer selection and content strategy.
Collaborate with Creative and Paid Media teams to align influencer content with broader brand campaigns and ad spend.




Stay ahead of emerging platform trends, creator tools, and compliance guidelines (e.g., FTC disclosures).
