Plant HR

Experience: 3+ years of relevant Plant HR experience

Location: Korba, Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities:
Manage site attendance, shift, overtime (OT), and leave records.
Handle KPI tracking, increment-related issues, and employee grievances.
Manage gatepass processes and site documentation.
Handle PF, ESIC, HRC, and statutory compliance activities.
Manage employee conflict resolution and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate with employees, site teams, and management for smooth HR operations.
Independently handle day-to-day HR activities at the plant/site.
Maintain HR records and ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile:
3+ years of relevant experience in Plant/Site HR.
Experience in attendance, OT, KPI, gatepass, PF, ESIC, HRC, and statutory compliances.
Solid employee handling and conflict-resolution skills.
Should be capable of independently managing HR activities at the site.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
