Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor electric injection moulding machines during production.
Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed and cycle time.
Check product weight, appearance, dimensions and overall quality.
Identify and report defects, rejection and machine abnormalities.
Make basic machine adjustments to maintain consistent production.
Monitor mould operation and report any mould-related issues.
Maintain production and rejection records.
Keep the machine and work area clean and follow safety procedures.
Coordinate with the supervisor, quality and maintenance teams.
Ensure proper shift handover and smooth production.
Requirements:
Mandatory: Previous experience operating electric injection moulding machines.
Experience in thin-wall injection moulding is preferred but not compulsory.
Basic understanding of injection moulding processes and machine parameters.
Willingness to work in shifts.
* Ability to maintain production quality and minimize rejection.
